Following up on an interesting Scientific American article on distributed computing, I figured it was about time to give a shot at participating in one of those research projects. I picked the Intel/United Devices cancer research project and am now occasionally contributing CPU cycles. It doesn’t cost a thing and might even help someone down the road.
